Q: When should I expect my order?
A: For online orders of ready to ship items, please allow up to 48 business hours to process and provide an update notification regarding order status or tracking information. Once your order ships, standard delivery is 1-5 business days for domestic locations, 6-10 business days for international locations. Order processing times may be slightly extended during holiday and peak seasons. In observance of Chinese New Year, our standard six to eight week production lead time of Special Order apparel may be extended. Online orders placed mid-January to mid-February are estimated to ship by end of March.
Q: I made a purchase of a pre-order item, when will it be ready to ship?
A: Please check the published lead time for this item as they can vary from product to product. An automated tracking notification will be sent to the email address provided when placing the pre-order.
Q: When will my made-to-order uniform and/or practice wear be complete and sent to me?

Q: I made a mistake when placing my order. Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Once an online order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed. You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 business days of delivery confirmation.

Q: Are you closed for the holidays?
A: Our business offices and distribution center are closed on the following days:

Q: What is the difference between the Rebel Dream Bag (full-size) and the Rebel Baby Dream Bag (petite)?
A: Size! For our smallest athletes, and our regular sized athletes looking for a cute, functional handbag, our Baby Dream Bag is a perfect replica of the original, just smaller! The Baby Dream Bag shoe compartment will hold shoes up to a women’s size 6.
Q: Can I pay to have my Dream Bag personalized with my athlete’s name?
A: We currently do not offer individual personalization on our Dream Bags, however, the bottom front pocket of the Dream Bag is an open canvas! Should you decide to take it somewhere locally for embroidery, please Rebel Athletic and/or Cheer Athletics is not responsible for any damage to your Dream Bag that may occur through personal customization.
Q: I would like to order the Rebel Ruthless, what size should I choose?
A: Rebel Ruthless sizing runs a half to a full size smaller than Nike. We recommend going up a half to a full size from what you wear in a Nike trainer.
Wash and Care instructions
Q: How do I wash and care for my Rebel Athletic team garments and pro shop apparel?
A: Wash & Care Instructions for Specialty Fabrics and Crystal-Embellished Garments:
- Hand wash only. Do not dry clean. Do not apply heat with an iron or clothes dryer.
- Use a clear, unscented and gentle PH balanced detergent. We recommend Dreft Detergent.
- If any stains are present, we recommend pre-treating with Dreft Stain Spray.
- Fill laundry sink with ice cold water.
- Turn garment inside out.
- Quickly submerge and hand wash for 60 seconds. Do not rub fabrics together.
- Drain sink and refill with cold water to rinse.
- Gently squeeze out excess water, taking care not to wring dark and lighter colors together.
- Turn the garment right side out and lay flat on a towel to dry. You may want to insert a towel in the body of the uniform to speed drying and avoid any possibility of color transference while the garment is wet.
Q: How do I care for my Rebel CA Dream Bag?
A: We recommend using a damp sponge to clean the inside of your bag, and spot cleaning the high-density sparkle ONLY when necessary. Do not use any harsh cleaners or chemicals as it will compromise the integrity of your Dream Bag. *Cheer Athletics is not responsible for any damage to your Dream Bag due to normal wear and tear, or improper washing care. **All Dream Bags come with a one year limited warranty in case of any manufacturing defects.
Return and exchange policy
Here at Cheer Athletics we want you to feel like you received The BEST of the BEST, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we gladly accept returns of Cheer Athletics Pro Shop merchandise that follow these guidelines:
Ready to ship items – Only returns of clean, unwashed, unworn Pro Shop merchandise with the original tags attached will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
Rebel Ruthless – We gladly accept returns/exchanges of unworn, stain free and un-scuffed shoes in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of shipment. *Helpful Tip: When trying on your new shoes be aware of your environment, and make sure hands, feet and socks are clean.
Due to health regulations, hats, hair bows, hairbands and cosmetics are final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Made-to-order uniform and practice wear policy are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cheer Athletics Shopping Events (Megastore, Blue Debut etc) – Merchandise purchased at a shopping event become final sale upon the conclusion of the event. Should you need to make a return or exchange of merchandise purchased during a shopping event, we accept clean, unwashed, unworn Pro Shop merchandise with the original tags attached and event transaction validation for exchange or refund. Merchandise purchased online or at a previous event/location are not eligible for return/exchange at shopping events.
Holiday Return Policy – Do you need to return a Christmas gift? We will accept returns of unwashed, unworn Rebel Athletic merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of Christmas, December 25th.
**Please note: Upon receiving any item(s) for return/exchange they will be inspected. Should the returned merchandise be evaluated as unreturnable, a member of the Customer Experience team will contact you and the item(s) will be returned to you.

Q: I am experiencing quality issues with my Dream Bag. Do you offer a warranty?
A: All Rebel Dream Bags come with a one-year limited warranty in case of any manufacturing defects. If you believe your bag is defective, please submit your claim to https://www.cheerathleticsproshop.com/issue-resolution/ and photographs of your bag from the front view, top view, side views and the area of concern. In the event of a defect, Rebel Athletic nor Cheer Athletics is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement for bag personalization (embroidery, patches etc).
Q: I am experiencing quality or fit issues with my made-to-order garments (ie – Uniforms, Practice Wear etc). Who do I contact for help?
